Light over darkness
The menorah was always meant to be placed in public — not hidden, not private, but proudly visible. Publicizing the miracle is one of the most fundamental elements of Chanukah. That idea is as old as the holiday itself, and it's the idea behind every piece created here.
From a 30-foot RV covered in black canvas driven through New York in the wake of the Pittsburgh terrorist attack, to touch-activated menorahs lit by strangers becoming community — this work has always returned to the same two ideas:
